Client Money Protection

For those landlords or tenants who are unfortunate enough to have been affected by letting a property through or from an agent who has closed their doors and disappeared, it is the nightmare scenario. Unfortunately, it happens too often and it's too late to check who you're dealing with after the event.

There are however safeguards every landlord or tenant can take to minimise their risk. Check that the agent they are dealing with is regulated, members of The Property Ombudsman scheme AND has Client Money Protection insurance. Landlords and tenants should always look for the ARLA logo to show that the agent they are dealing with are property professionals who have separate audited client and business accounts.

Anderson's have had Client Money Protection insurance since they started trading in 1998. Being members of ARLA means that all their accounts are annually audited and Client Money Protection is in place.  See details below of Anderson's ARLA membership and Client Money Protection.
