Karen Lewin

Maintenance Coordinator

Karen joined the company in 2002, initially as an administrator and lettings assistant. Since 2006 Karen has specialised in dealing with management and maintenance issues. She is constantly liaising with her approved contractors, tenants and landlords to fix all manner of issues. Karen has a very personable approach to her work, no day is ever the same for Karen and she is always busy helping someone. Away from the office Karen keeps herself fit with Pilates and some may say also her shopping. She loves to travel, spend time with family and friends and her devotion to Gary Barlow is legendary.

Kim Blackwell

Administrator

Kim joined the company in 2011 from another local agency. She quickly used her experience to make the administration role her own. Kim and Trisha deal with all the company's paperwork pre and post tenancy commencement. This includes liaising and negotiating with tenants and landlords for tenancy extensions, move ins and utility transfer management. Kim enjoys going to Zumba classes and loves going to the cinema too. Shopping, eating out and spending time with family and friends are all important to Kim when she's not in her office.

Rita Carvetta-Pearce

Rita has worked in the lettings business for over 15 years. She joined Anderson's in 2006 from another local agent. If you are looking for a property to rent, Rita is the one to help. If the right tenant is there, she'll leave no stone unturned to find a good home for them. Of Italian heritage, Rita loves her family, homemade food and watching Strictly Come Dancing (preferably with a nice glass of wine).

Elaine Palfreyman

Elaine has 20 years experience of letting and managing properties in Leicester. She joined Anderson's in 2007. Elaine's lettings experience includes 10 years managing a local letting agency branch. Elaine enjoys meeting and advising new landlord and tenants and plays a big part in our tenant interview and referencing process. Away from the business family is the focus for Elaine and she loves going to the theatre, concerts and socialising with friends.

Linda Spence

Linda joined Anderson's in 2015 and has quickly settled into the 'Anderson's way' of meeting and greeting customers in our busy city centre showroom. The appointed office 'techy' who deals with our software systems and web portal updates, making sure our properties are advertised in the best possible way, as well as dealing with new tenant and landlord enquiries.

Chris Anderson (MARLA)

Director

Chris prides himself on using his approaching 30 years experience in the business to provide the highest level of service standards and personally advising each of Anderson's clients. Chris started in Leicester estate agency in the 1980's after enjoying summer work experience. Chris has worked at a corporate and an independent estate agency in Leicester. After 10 years at these two agencies on Granby Street he formed Anderson's with his wife Joanne in 1998. There are very few agents working in Leicester with the rounded and extensive knowledge Chris has of the Leicester lettings market. Chris has been a member of the NAEA and ARLA for many years. His interests away from business include local rugby, football and cricket. As an RFU Level 2 coach Chris involves himself coaching local junior rugby players at his local club.

Joanne Anderson

Director

Joanne and Chris met at a previous employer in 1994. Joanne has experience of working in all areas of the lettings business and now uses her skills to meticulously run the company's accounts office. Joanne oversees all payments to and from landlords, tenants, contractors and is the personal point of contact for our landlord clients for any financial enquiries. Joanne works from her home office, balancing family and work life in her busy working week. Joanne sets very high standards of organisation and delivers consistent results for our clients with her uncompromising pursuit of perfection. Joanne is a keen lover of everything dance, she enjoys going to the theatre and watching live music. She loves to cook and spend time entertaining friends and family.
